Product Description
Agitator Unbalanced Double Mechanical Seals are engineered for use in a wide range of equipment such as mixers, agitators, process vessels, and glass-lined reactors, effectively managing various media combinations and chemical reactions. These seals operate independently of shaft rotation direction, with heavy-duty bearing support to ensure stable performance and protect the seal faces from mechanical loads.
Designed for Top, Side, or Bottom entry configurations, all installed externally, these seals provide easy access for maintenance and inspection. They are equipped with a cooling water jacket and thermosyphon system to maintain optimal temperatures around the sealing surfaces. For reliable operation, a lubrication and quenching system is also required.
A key benefit of these seals is the interchangeability of components, allowing seamless conversion by simply replacing the dynamic ring and secondary seal. This design supports stock rationalization, making inventory easier to manage while reducing downtime. With a high degree of flexibility and performance, these seals are well-suited for a wide array of industrial agitation applications.
